Phase I

Phase III

Site remediation. Clean-up of site based on remedial alternative selected in the feasibility study. This usually involves source removal/containment and ground water extraction and treatment.

  1. Preparation of conceptual remedial action plan (RAP)
  2. Preparation of remedial design plans and specifications
  3. Selection of remedial subcontractor(s)
  4. Manage and provide construction oversight of remedial subcontractor's work efforts
  5. Verification Sampling
  6. Site Closure Report

Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III are done systematically
